My Business Model

Muggzy's Market Place is my sideline business.  I've been an eBayer for well over 10 years. I have 100% rating, which is really hard to do. I have sold on Craigslist and Facebook also. I am a real person who you can get in touch with. I have a brick and mortar store, where I have been for more than 20 years. I sell on line because my store is a motorcycle / machine shop and there's no real shopping experience to be had. If you are local and want to see something you're interested in, or pick something up you've purchased you're more than welcome to come by.

I always have something laying around I have to sell. People around me see me doing this and don't want to be bothered with the job of selling, so many times people ask if I can sell stuff for them too. That being said, you'll never know what you will find here.

I do not do "the Chinese drop shipping" business model.

As a consumer, I can tell you that some transactions go really well and some don't. So I strive to make my business transactions go smoothly, because a happy customer is the only kind I want.  That's why I make myself available, I describe items fully and take good pictures so you have the confidence to make a purchase and feel good about it.

  • I ship items out very promptly. No one likes waiting excessively.
  • I always try to find the most cost effective and timely way to ship.
  • I take great care in packaging items because I have seen what delivery services can do to a package.
  • Unless it's a really small item I always provide a tracking number.
  • Confirmation of purchase and shipping is always provided

Quite honestly because of my whole business model, I've never had to deal with a return, but in the case of something having to be returned we will have to work it out. Unless it's outright just broken or wrong, the purchaser will be responsible for the return shipping.

If you would like to contact me please do so with the form. I will get back to you promptly. Leave me a phone number if you like, and I will call you.  My apologies that I don't openly advertise my phone number. You would not believe the amount of spam calls I receive. It's very annoying. I will however provide valid customers with my number. I always get back to people. You are my business and I value and respect that. Thank You.
